Yes. I don't find most stately homes at all homely, but Chettle does look rather cosy.

I don't mind meeting up with cattle if they are in family groups led by placid matriarch cows. But I try to avoid crossing fields where there are herds of young cattle out on their own. And I certainly don't venture into a field where there might be young cattle unless I am carrying a big stick.
