Works. The Moors at Arne wetland restoration project, where the Environment Agency, RSPB and Natural England are working together to adapt approximately 150 hectares of low-lying pasture into a diverse wetland habitat on the fringes of Poole Harbour.

Meadows, near Acton 2

Took a walk with C. and her terrier through the meadows above the sea near Acton. Meadow Brown butterflies fluttering among the yellow July grasses. Skylarks singing from the clouds.

A walk through the streamside meadows at S. Farm, early on a May morning, the chill still in the air, and the cuckoos calling. Fluff from the willows blowing on the north wind.

Blackthorn blossom & dry stone wall

A dull morning. A little light rain in the air. At Durlston the blackthorn is in blossom, and cowslips are appearing in the meadows. Skylarks singing in the grey sky.
