After my misadventures with the electronic doorbell that serial-killed so many different pieces of classical music, I really envy this door its knocker.
A good knocker is not to be looked down on. (We have neither knocker nor
doorbell at the moment. Getting a knocker is a priority when we replace the
worn front door.)
